Based on my understanding, when you click 'Connect' in 'Access work or school,' a pop-up appears for a moment and then closes suddenly, is that correct?

- In your tenant, are you the only one experiencing this issue, or are multiple people affected?
- Please create a new local user account (a new Windows profile) and try to sign in to 'Access work or school' from that new profile to see if it works.
- Go to Credential Manager > Windows Credential Manager > Find any entries related to your work/school account, Office 365, or similar services > Remove them.
- Could you check in Settings > System to see if your Windows requires an update? If so, please try updating it.
