    Dear @Luca, Nguyen Gia Duong

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on my understanding, when you click 'Connect' in 'Access work or school,' a pop-up appears for a moment and then closes suddenly, is that correct?

Could you please help me answer the following questions so I can determine the root cause:

    • Could you try connecting to a different network and see if the issue persists?
    • In your tenant, are you the only one experiencing this issue, or are multiple people affected?
    • Please create a new local user account (a new Windows profile) and try to sign in to 'Access work or school' from that new profile to see if it works.
    • Go to Credential Manager > Windows Credential Manager > Find any entries related to your work/school account, Office 365, or similar services > Remove them.
    • Could you check in Settings > System to see if your Windows requires an update? If so, please try updating it.

Please help me perform the steps above and then let me know the complete results. From there, I can determine the cause and the scope of the impact, allowing me to provide the next steps based on your specific scenario.

    Looking forward to your response!
