Can't renew microsoft E5 dev

I previously successfully registered for the Microsoft E5 Sandbox. However, it expired due to inactivity and could not be renewed manually.

I was advised to cancel the subscription and wait 60 days before re-registering, with the understanding that it would automatically revert to its original state without further requirements. Unfortunately, after waiting 60 days and re-registering, my subscription is now showing as being 'under evaluation' (as shown in the attached image).

Is there a way to renew the subscription or submit a formal support request to Microsoft? I have been unable to find a direct support email address.

If you use your subscription for development, it will renew automatically. You can also find additional information about renewal by following the link below.
