- Can you confirm whether the subscription you purchased is a Microsoft 365 Business plan? If so, which specific plan is it (e.g., Business Standard, Business Premium, or Enterprise)?
- When you mentioned that you forgot your account, do you mean you only forgot the password, or have you completely forgotten both the email address and the password?
