Where can I buy Microsoft Office Professional 2021?

It's really just what the title says. Does anyone know how to buy the perpetual license of MS Office Professional 2021 or MS Publisher? I have tried to learn InDesign to start moving things over, and it is so much more complicated than Publisher and really doesn't behave the same way. Canva, while certainly not as complex, doesn't have the same feature set as Publisher for creating booklets, brochures, etc. Honestly, I can't find anything that does what Publisher does as easily as it does. So, if Microsoft won't listen to the thousands of us telling them this and save it from extinction, I at least need some kind of perpetual copy that slows the clock while I figure out what to do next. Our church has over a decade of Publisher files. I cannot adequately express how much of a pain it will be to convert these files.

Nicole we are experiencing the same issue here at Trinity Lutheran Church. We use publisher weekly for our Sunday Service Program, Congregation Announcements, Monthly Newsletter, our trifold marketing brochure and many other things. I have attempted to migrate to other software but nothing I have found even comes close. Super frustrated with the response, "find a reputable retailer". It's not as easy as it sounds. I cannot believe that Microsoft would not just have a fire sale and SELL it independently RIGHT NOW for use by small organizations such as ours. We still will keep our online subscription for their other MS Office software such as Word, Excel, Adobe, etc. but WE do need to be able to retain and continue using Publisher???
