Ok so I have installed the new os windows 11. Now yesterday when I booted my pc up it says UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME and shows GSoD next day I saw my windows deleted now i tried installing windows 10 but my pc bitlocker is preventing me from doing it in C: now i also have corrupted files in my pc C: drive and D: drive both i want some help in the way of cmd commands to somehow stop my bitlocker and fix the corrupted files so I can install windows 10. I managed to somehow install windows 10 in D: drive but the corrupted files is destroying the process of installing. I guess the error is from the UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME thing because there was word listed volume in error message. I am not able to install windows 10 also i tried using cmd to fix with the command chkdsk /f /r /x but it is write protected I changed the read only attribute to false for everything excepting 1 disk which i am not able to change for. Help Please
Thanks in advance

Per your post comments the drive has failed: ""failed the short dst test or extensive test.""

    Please replace the drive.

Then use Ventoy to create the bootable tools:
    https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html

Once you have the troubleshooting tools and posted Sea Tools test results, please update the thread.

See if you can test the drive and backup your important files.
If you can you will then have more options to troubleshoot without placing the important files at risk.

    a) long generic
    b) SMART
Post images of the results into this thread.
If you have any difficulty posting images please use share links: one drive, drop box, or google drive

    2) Boot using Ubuntu
Attempt to backup important files to another disk drive or the cloud
