Is there a way to individualize the text in terms of data protection at the end of a quiz in Microsoft Forms?

I would like to use Microsoft Forms to create a list, where participants of my survey can register. I have already created a survey and I'm almost happy with my result, but at the end of my survey the participants would see the following text generated by Microsoft:

"Dieser Inhalt wird vom Besitzer des Formulars erstellt. Die von Ihnen übermittelten Daten werden an den Formularbesitzer gesendet. Microsoft ist nicht für die Datenschutz- oder Sicherheitspraktiken seiner Kunden, einschließlich derer dieses Formularbesitzers, verantwortlich. Geben Sie niemals Ihr Kennwort heraus.

I would like to change this text into my individual text in terms of data protection. Is there any possibility to change this passage?
