Subject: URGENT: Manual Domain Release Required - Domain Locked in Another Tenant with MFA (Tenant ID: PII)

Problem Description: I am the legal owner of the domain code-first.tech and I am unable to verify it in my current Microsoft Entra directory because it is already associated with an existing tenant (Tenant ID: PII).

The existing tenant appears to be unmanaged or was created by an unauthorized party. I have attempted to gain access to the administrator account for that tenant, but a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt is blocking all access. I do not recognize the MFA configuration and have no way to bypass it.

Requested Action: I am requesting that the Microsoft Data Protection Team manually detach the domain PII from the conflicting tenant.

Evidence of Ownership:

  • Domain: PII.tech
  • Conflicting Tenant ID: PII
  • Registrar: PII
  • I have full control over the DNS settings for this domain. I am ready to add any specific TXT verification records required by the Data Protection Team to prove my ownership immediately.
