So, to preface, I used an Xbox gift card to buy V Bucks for Fortnite on the Xbox store.

I got the confirmation email saying the process went through, but the V Bucks didn't go into my account. I tried looking for another email for a possible code to redeem, but I didn't get anything (even in spam). I made sure the right account was connected, and I waited 48+ hours. I then refunded it because I thought maybe it just didn't go through properly, and I rebought the V Bucks and it still didn't go through.

I also play Fortnite through epic games but using my Xbox account. Have I missed a step in the process?
