How to reinstall MS365 after laptop has been formatted/cleaned and data lost?

I bought 365 from Amazon in November. My laptop failed and was cleaned. Now cannot check how to reinstall - MS Dashboard don't show answer. Appreciate any advice on steps to take. Even passkey won't let me in.

When you first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:
