Microsoft Teams attendance report get overwritten

Hi,

I had a 2 hour meeting this morning with 200 plus participants, and after I've ended the meeting, I would like to download the attendance report generated automatically. Unfortunately, I found out that there is only one name in the list.

When I checked again, I notice there is a member of my team accidentally organize another meeting for 2minutes, and now the attendance report has been overwritten.

How can I get back the previous attendance report which has 200 participants in it.

You should download the first Attendance report for the meeting lasting for 2h 5m. It includes the information of 200 attendants.

When the meeting is restarted, it will generate a separate attendance report after this meeting ended.

No matter I click on which link, the report generated is the same, only the report of the 2 minutes plus meeting downloaded.

I think it's because the meeting was scheduled in calendar, whenever someone enter the meeting, the attendance report will be overwritten.

Any solutions or workaround for this?

It is so strange because I tested in my lab and the five attendance reports vary with the meeting time.

It recommends you to clear the client cache and try to download the report again.

I think it's because your meeting was started separately, that is why you have separate attendance report.

My meeting was organized using the "Calendar" method, where I scheduled a meeting on September 27th 10am-12pm. The meeting ended around 1155am. However, around 1157am, another member click on the scheduled meeting again, and enter the meeting room. He then left the meeting after 2 minutes.

I think this is the reason why my attendance report only have one person, who join the meeting at 1157am and left the meeting at 1159am.

I tried to enter the same scheduled meeting again at 1400, and the all the attendance report that i downloaded only showing me entering the meeting at 1400.

In fact, my meeting is sheduled in Teams calendar in advance.

You can double click this meeting in Teams calendar and choose start time(September 27th 10am-12pm) of that meeting under Attendance tab as below. It will show the participants during the period time.

I have the same problem, and I have realized that the problem happens with "channel meetings". This type of meetings doesn't have the attendance tab.

In my opinion it is a bug, but I don't know Microsoft's point of view.
