Need Clarity for pricing related to Azure Sentinel Logic Apps

Your website mentions that 1st 4000 cycles are free, does that mean per logic app or All logic apps within the subscription ?
Can someone clarify that

    @AsAdmin Only first 4,000 actions are free in Consumption Plan for logic app as mentioned in the pricing page. You can have mutiple logic app (consumption tier) in azure subscription that can have mutiple actions per workflow/logicapp. This total action executed are calculated at the subscription level so the this free limit of 4000 actions is at the subscription level.
