Transferring data between Microsoft accounts is a manual process and can be complicated. If your main Microsoft account is compromised, creating a new Microsoft account is a viable option. However, you will need to manually transfer your data, as there is no automated process for this. Here are some steps you can take to transfer your data:

    1. Email: Ask users to move their email, contacts, tasks, and calendar information after setting up the new subscription. They can access their old email using their initial username.
    2. OneDrive Data: Users can copy or sync their OneDrive content to their computer and then add it back to their new subscription.
    3. OneNote: Users should back up their OneNote and restore notes from the backup to their new subscriptions.

Keep in mind that there will be downtime during this process, where email and other services may not work. It's important to plan for this and ensure that all users are aware of the changes to avoid data loss.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above which is inclined on the business side, an existing subscription cannot be transferred from one account to another as it is tied to this account that you have used for the to subscribe and you may refer to the link below for this.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/transfer-a-microsoft-365-subscription-to-another-account-9ea55e89-ffcb-4da3-9c73-7051d75a7221

Please take note that a compromised account is a complex scenario and once the email and phone number has been changed to a different one then it is at the point that it is unrecoverable (even if 2FA is enabled) and the forum does not have access to user accounts. For this you can go over to this link https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196140 and most likely it will be followed by doing the account recovery form which is an automated process that you will need to enter every bit of information that you can remember on the account (if this is unsuccessful, the account cannot be recovered) and you can check out the links below for reference.

If you can still access your data, back it up quickly if it isn't already.
