My main Microsoft Live account is compromised. If I create a new account can I transfer all my data and family members to the new account without any of us loosing data?

Please take note that a compromised account is a complex scenario and once the email and phone number has been changed to a different one then it is at the point that it is unrecoverable (even if 2FA is enabled) and the forum does not have access to user accounts.
