My main account had been hacked. I can't recover because I didn't had microsoft authentication on my phone. I had request another way but it stuck at parent control that the hacker setting up. it isn't me. I had send a form to recover and I get a recovery code but I didn't know where to use that code.

please help. I try to contact every trybut I don't know how to. I don't know how to get LIVE chat.

    The recovery code that you mentioned is probably generated when you try to sign in to the account, select the option that says I already have a code.
