Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Just to confirm, do you or your wife have access to her security information/verification methods, phone, or email address linked to her account?

Do you see any unfamiliar email addresses/phone numbers upon signing in to her account?

Did she have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If yes, does she still have the 25-character recovery codes?

Lastly, may I know when was the last time your wife successfully signed in to her Microsoft account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If your wife's email account appears to be blocked, you may need to follow a few steps to recover it. Here are some suggestions:

    1. Check Account Status: Ensure that the account is not blocked due to multiple failed login attempts. If it is blocked, wait for a while and try again.
    2. Password Reset: If she forgot her password, you can attempt to reset it. Make sure to use the correct recovery options provided during the sign-in process.
    3. Contact Support: If the verification process is not working and you cannot reset the password, you may need to contact Microsoft support for assistance. You can find the appropriate contact at Support for Business Products.
    4. Use Security Information: If her account has security information set up, you can use it to reset the password. This feature must be enabled by the global admin.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to reach out to Microsoft directly for further assistance.
