Locked out of account forever

I am locked out of my Microsoft account. I have access to the email for that account yet still can't get in. I have moved and my phone number has changed. My credit card number has been changed for years. I STILL cannot get into my account and you refuse to have actual live chat customer service or a phone number for support. This is absolutely insane and should be criminal or at least lawsuit worthy. Someone needs to contact me via email to send me a reset link, this is absolutely unacceptable, I can't even install windows with my original account I've had for decades.

If you are locked out of your Microsoft account and have access to the email associated with that account, you can try the following steps:

    1. Reset Your Password: If you forgot your password or are locked out, you can use your security information to reset your password. This feature is only available if your global admin enabled it. You can find more information on how to reset your password here.
    2. Contact Support: If you are unable to reset your password or access your account, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. You can find the appropriate contact at Support for Business Products.
    3. Check for Account Lockout: If you are locked out due to multiple unsuccessful sign-in attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. You can learn more about account lockouts and how to resolve them here.
    4. Emergency Access Account: To prevent future lockouts, consider creating an emergency access account in Microsoft Entra. This can help you regain access if you are locked out of your main account. More details can be found here.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be helpful to reach out to a colleague or someone in your organization who has administrative access to assist you with the recovery process.

This does absolutely nothing. I can provide the account email easily. How do I get you to send a link to that email to get my account back? There is zero reason to not be able to send a reset link to the email associated with the account. Nobody does this but you.

Unfortunately, in this situation, Microsoft support agents are unable to assist directly. They will inform you that you must successfully complete the account recovery form in order to regain access. I understand how challenging this can be, but it is in place to protect your account. Ultimately, only the information you provide through the recovery form can be used to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.

Microsoft's Privacy Policy does not allow Microsoft agents to send this kind of link, as mentioned in Microsoft's recovery help site:
