SSO not working in Azure in desktop application

Hello Team,

I have certain applications in Azure SSO but for most of them, SSO is working in the desktop app but for few applications, SSO is not working in desktop apps but SSO is working in browser for those apps. Can anyone help how to troubleshoot this issue.

!) What kind of SSO setup do you have ? Federated, password based, Linked etc (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/what-is-single-sign-on)
2) What kind of application is that ? (Cloud Application or On premises)
Cloud application are capable of using OAuth, SAML, open ID connect, password based SSO
On prem Apps can perform passwor dbased or WIA etc based SSO.

@shashanksaxena-6941 After taking this offline, we found that You updated the application version from backend and asked user to logout once and exit the application completely (from taskbar), and users were asked to login again. This solved the issue of the SSO for Zscaler app.
