Your system won't let me change my credit card info

Question

Your system will not let me change my credit card used for auto-renewal of my microsoft 365 home version. The error says "please check you account details". Since you don't allow us to mail checks, how in the world am I supposed to pay my bill????

You would need to ask Microsoft support on Monday to

Please go to the https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page

Type the "Chat with someone" option and press Enter.

Please click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support according to your requirement.
