Partner Center account is deactivated even though I am a Global Administrator – how can I reactivate it?

My organization’s Microsoft Partner Center account shows as “Deactivated / Suspended”,

and I receive an “Access restricted” message when trying to access the Partner Center dashboard.

I am a Global Administrator in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and I can confirm that:

  • I have Global Administrator permissions
  • I can sign in successfully to the tenant
  • The issue is not related to user role assignment

However, Partner Center access is completely blocked at the tenant level.

Error details shown:

  • Message: “Your Partner Center account has been deactivated”
  • Correlation ID: 4070e745-20a2-451a-b360-30248e9b7410
  • Time: 21 Dec 2025 12:23:33 +00:00

I would like to understand:

  1. Whether this deactivation is due to CSP termination under the Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA), or
  2. If it is caused by incomplete agreements, verification, or enrollment issues, and
  3. Whether reactivation is possible, and what steps are required.

Any guidance on how to determine the exact cause of the deactivation and the correct recovery path would be appreciated.
