My Personal vault will not update

My personal vault has devolved to an older version and although I updated in October 2025 it now reads February 2024. I need it updating as I have an important document and presently it has lost my data

    Hi,

    thanks for sharing this. It sounds like your Personal Vault is showing outdated content, which usually happens if sync is interrupted or version history isn’t accessible.

     

    A quick fix to try:

    Check OneDrive sync status on your device.

    Sign out and back in to refresh the vault.

    If that doesn’t work, go to OneDrive online → Settings → Restore your OneDrive to roll back to a recent version.

    If the file is missing, you can also check Version History for that document online.

    I can’t find any updates from my personal vault logging out and in does not work, there is no restore option so my files are lost in the cloud somewhere and I do not have the technical knowledge to restore without Microsoft giving me support
