thanks for sharing this. It sounds like your Personal Vault is showing outdated content, which usually happens if sync is interrupted or version history isn’t accessible.
A quick fix to try:
Check OneDrive sync status on your device.
Sign out and back in to refresh the vault.
If that doesn’t work, go to OneDrive online → Settings → Restore your OneDrive to roll back to a recent version.
If the file is missing, you can also check Version History for that document online.
