slui 4 works and shows installation ID and local phone number (1800350444), but when calling the automated system says phone activation has moved to a website.

On that website (aka.ms/aoh), when i try to sign in, it shows "government tenant" and returns "please enter a valid email" so i can`t proceed with my email.

What is correct process to obtain the confirmation ID. is there an alternative support channel for OEM activation?

Thank you, but this does not resolve the issue.

I am activating an OEM license. The automated phone system redirects me to an (aka.ms/aoh) link that opens a government tenant and requires a government email address.

OEM activation via slui 4 should not require signing in at all.

Please clarify the correct official process.

To obtain the confirmation ID for OEM activation, you typically need to follow these steps:

    1. Use the Windows Activation Wizard: Since you've already used slui 4 to get the installation ID and the local phone number, you should call the number provided. If the automated system directs you to a website, it may be due to changes in the activation process.
    2. Access the Website: If you are directed to a website (like aka.ms/aoh) and encounter issues with signing in, it might be necessary to ensure that you are using a valid Microsoft account that is not associated with a government tenant. If the website is not allowing you to proceed, you may need to try a different account or contact support.
    3. Alternative Support Channels: If you are unable to activate via the automated system or the website, you can contact a local Microsoft Activation Center for assistance. They can provide guidance and help you with the activation process. Make sure to have your Volume License agreement information and proof of purchase handy when you call.

If you continue to face issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support directly for further assistance.
