How to get my Microsoft office apps to function normally on my system

Please why does this keep coming up on my microsoft apps like excel, word, powerpoint etc and disrupting my workflow

If this is affecting many Office apps and that 'Repair Now' option to perform a quick repair is not resolving the problem, then the best option is to perform a full repair of your Office installation.

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu).

Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.
