Not able to create resource group

Hello Anna,

The error usually occurs if the user does not have required role to view locations.

To resolve the error, the user must be assigned with Reader role under subscription scope.

Go to Azure portal -> Subscriptions -> Select your subscription -> Access control (IAM) -> Add(Add role assignment -> Select Reader -> And assign to user:

• To perform the above you need to contact Owner, User Access Administrator, or Role Based Access Control Administrator.
