If you are not receiving emails from a specific sender, there are several potential reasons for this issue:

    1. Spam Filters: Check your spam or junk folder to see if the emails are being filtered there.
    2. Email Settings: Ensure that your email settings do not block emails from that sender. You might need to add them to your safe sender list.
    3. Email Client Issues: If you're using an email client like Outlook, try accessing your email through the web version to see if the issue persists there. Sometimes, the problem may be with the email client itself.
    4. Quarantine or Filtering: If you have email security software, it might be quarantining the emails. Check the settings of any security software you have in place.
    5. Technical Issues: There could be temporary issues with the email server or network that are preventing the delivery of emails.

If the sender's tech department has confirmed that the emails are being sent, you may want to check with your email provider for further assistance in diagnosing the issue.

    Hi Marlon,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be when important emails suddenly stop arriving especially when you need them for account verification. I'm here to help!

First, make sure your Outlook app on iOS is fully updated. Sometimes, an outdated version can cause sync issues. After updating, force-close the app and reopen it to refresh the connection.

Second, check both your Focused and Other tabs sometimes emails land in the other tab If you prefer, you can turn off Focused Inbox in Settings → Focused Inbox.

Third, add the sender to your contacts. While Outlook mobile doesn’t have a Safe Senders list, adding them as a contact helps reduce filtering. If you also use Apple Mail, adding them as a VIP can help ensure visibility.

Last, if the problem persists, reset your account in the app settings or remove and re-add it. If that still doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall Outlook to clear any cache issues. Also, confirm your network connection and disable any VPN that might interfere.

I hope you find this information helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer".

    Regards,

    Carlo
