unable to redeem my Microsoft Rewards points.

     Hello, I am unable to redeem my Microsoft Rewards points. Every time I click "Next" to proceed, I get the error: "Couldn't complete your order. There was an error processing your order. Please try again." I have tried different browsers and incognito mode, and I have also updated my phone number. Please help me resolve this issue as I urgently need to redeem my points.

• Ensure that you are not using or connecting to any VPN or proxy.
• Logout and login to your account to every Microsoft Rewards dashboard that you are into.
• Check and try the dashboard on the Bing app and see if it will be the same.
• If you will still encounter an issue after checking the above and if it will still be the same later today, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team and kindly take note that the forum does not have access to user accounts to be able to check this rewards side of things. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know on the outcome.
