We have a scenario in our small business where the only admin of several directories (me), got a new phone and the MFA for those directories is tied to the old device. Because there is no other admin, we have no way to reset the MFA. We would really appreciate any help. I have tried to contact support via phone call but cannot get to representative. I am also unable to submit and actual support ticket for some reason. I get to a solution page and cannot move past it. Thank you very much in advance!
