How to Get Support With Identity Validation Saying "In Progress" for Over Ten Days

I put in an identity validation request over two weeks ago. There were some additional documents requested which I provided over ten days ago, and ever since the status has said that the review is "in progress" with no further updates. I don't believe it's supposed to take this long, but when I put in a request for support previously no one responded. Could I get some help please?
