I can't find a way to change the language of the mobile Outlook.com webpages. Is there an option for me to change the language from English to Chinese?

- Switch the browser to “Desktop Site.”
- Go to https://outlook.live.com/
- In the top right of the Outlook screen, select “Settings” → “General” → “Language and Time Zone”

Also, it seems that you're experiencing this problem in the Outlook app for Android. Are you experiencing the same problem when accessing your email online at https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/?
- Open any web browser and launch an incognito tab.
- Paste this link in the address bar and sign in with your Microsoft account. https://account.microsoft.com/profile
- Under 'Profile info', check the Country or region settings, Language, Regional formats, etc...
Then, in a web browser, go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/general/timeAndLanguage and set the Language (Country/region), Time zone, and other options to your local settings (for example, English (United States)).

You can see the title "Inbox", the navigator, and the dates, which shows that it is now displaying content in English. And I'm experiencing this problem in https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ , I just added it to the home screen.

Could you please confirm whether you're experiencing the same problem in any other web browser? Try using an incognito/private browsing window and access your Outlook emails in the mobile version of Outlook instead of the desktop version.
