I can't find a way to change the language of the mobile Outlook.com webpages. Is there an option for me to change the language from English to Chinese?

    Try one of the following.

    • Outlook app settings → System → Language
    • Android settings → System → App Language → Outlook

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Language already set to Chinese. Would you like to change the language from Chinese to English instead?

Also, it seems that you're experiencing this problem in the Outlook app for Android. Are you experiencing the same problem when accessing your email online at https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/?

    1. Open any web browser and launch an incognito tab.
    2. Paste this link in the address bar and sign in with your Microsoft account. https://account.microsoft.com/profile
    3. Under 'Profile info', check the Country or region settings, Language, Regional formats, etc...

Then, in a web browser, go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/general/timeAndLanguage and set the Language (Country/region), Time zone, and other options to your local settings (for example, English (United States)).
