How to fix this computer?

Although I updated the window of my laptop, I does not work. I have tried for many times, but it does not work. Even if I entered the windows product number, it could not get it to work. Now, I want access and activate my laptop to use the micro soft word and office on my laptop. So could make it activate please? How to activate my laptop?
