Cannot Connect Microsoft Account in Shopify

Hello.

I am having trouble connection my Microsoft account in my Shopify store. When I try to connect, the following error message pops up:

"Microsoft Advertising account does not match

The Microsoft Advertising account does not match the account you connected to your Shopify store.

Please reconnect with or contact support."

On the Shopify side, there is not option to select an account. So, I'm not sure what action is needed to resolve the matter.

Any advice is appreciated.

    The error message you're receiving typically occurs when the Microsoft Advertising Manager Account you are trying to connect does not match the account previously linked to your Shopify store. Only one Manager Account can be connected to a Shopify store at a time. If you attempt to connect a different one, you will receive a “Binding Error” message. We may be able to help in getting unlinked from your Shopify store. Once done, you can connect a new Microsoft Advertising Manager Account. After disconnecting, Shopify will auto-pause your campaigns, and you will need to manually reactivate them once the new connection is established.
