    Dear @LicenseTotal,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. The message “Sorry, something went wrong” usually indicates a temporary issue with Microsoft 365 services or the app you’re using (PowerPoint in this case). It can happen due to network connectivity, sign-in problems, or service interruptions.

Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Click Try again and make sure your internet connection is stable.
    2. Sign out of Microsoft 365 and sign back in to refresh your session.
    3. Restart the app and clear any cached credentials.
    • Close all Office apps and Open Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and disconnect/reconnect your account. User's image
    1. Repair Office Installation

Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then select Microsoft 365 Apps, click Change, then choose Quick Repair (or Online Repair if Quick Repair doesn’t help).

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you run into any issues while trying the steps, or if something still doesn’t feel quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. I’ll do my best to support you however I can.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

    Warm regards,

Please provide some more information... Do you see this message all the time or when you are trying to perform a specific task?

Is PowerPoint the only affected app, or does it happen in Word and Excel, too?

Are you using the full apps under Windows or the web apps in your browser?
