Microsoft are taking out two subscriptions to 365 (one Personal and one Family) I have tried to get them to cancel the Family and refund the money but can't find any way to do this. Is there a contact to speak to a real person to explain?

To speak to a human about your Microsoft 365 account details, you can contact Microsoft support directly. Here’s how you can do this:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. If you encounter a message indicating you don't have permission, it means you aren't an admin.
    2. On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
    3. Type your question or keyword into the text box. If relevant options appear, select the closest one or continue typing your question.
    4. If the results do not resolve your issue, select Contact Support at the bottom.
    5. Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact details, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time will be shown in the Contact support pane.

For billing issues, it's recommended to have your account details ready when you call support.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

You may follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate and locate the Microsoft 365 family charge from Microsoft on this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the transaction, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in tracking the transaction:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the transaction in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
