I’m using the Outlook app on my Windows 11 Enterprise v25H1, Outlook app on my iPhone iOS 26.2 together with Outlook App installed on my Apple Watch iOS 26.0. When I change the time of an appointment on the iPhone Outlook App it syncs with the Apple Watch Outlook App. If I change the time of an appointment at the Windows Outlook App, the change appears at the iPhone Outlook App, but it doesn’t sync to the Apple Watch – the watch continues to show the old appointment time.

    1/ Begin by confirming the event originates from the intended calendar source. 

    • On Windows Outlook, confirm the appointment you edited is saved in your Microsoft 365/Exchange mailbox calendar (not a local PST, “This computer only,” or a secondary/local calendar). 
    • On iPhone, go to Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar and ensure it matches the same Microsoft 365/Exchange calendar you’re editing on Windows.
