How to add 2 emails to our recent Microsoft 365 license purchase

I paid for Microsoft 365 and we have our administrator on Go Daddy for work domains. How do I apply the license purchased for 2 users to the correct accounts?

    To help you move forward, here are two possible approaches depending on where your subscription was purchased and how your accounts are managed: 

    1/ Assigning licenses in Microsoft 365 Admin Center 

    This step-by-step guide from Microsoft covers both individual and group-based license assignments using the Admin Center. 

    • Sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin → Go to Users → Choose Active Users. 
    • Select a user and navigate to the Licenses and Apps section.

    • Select the license you want to assign to the user account and then choose Save Changes.

    2/ GoDaddy's support 

    If the issue still persists, we truly understand how important it is to get this resolved quickly. However, because your Microsoft 365 subscription and accounts are managed through GoDaddy, we unfortunately don’t have the necessary access to make changes or apply licenses on your behalf. Therefore, in situations like this, only the GoDaddy support team can assist you with assigning the purchased licenses to the correct accounts. 

    To ensure a smooth resolution, we recommend reaching out to GoDaddy’s support team directly, as they have the tools and permissions required to complete the license assignment for you.
