Loop task list not syncing correctly

Loop doesn't sync correctly between Loop Task list component in a OneNote page and Planner in Teams and not at all to ToDo. How to fix this? In the screenshot the second task is even assigned twice (added in Planner sync double in OneNote Loop Component) while the first one isn't (is where the component was created in OneNote, doesn't sync at all).
