Can't convert and make edits to PDF documents to word

Hello,

I made $100 dollar purchase with you all and now I can't convert my PDF doc to a Word doc, can't add text or anything. I keep getting something went wrong. Please help ASAP. I going to shut down my computer and try again but I will be in ASAP if it does not work.

    Thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it is when you’ve paid for a feature and it doesn’t work as expected. I'm here to help!

    First, confirm you’re signed in with the account linked to your subscription and that Office is activated. Second, update Word by going to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now as updates often fix conversion issues. Third, open Word and use File > Open to select your PDF and Word should convert it automatically. If the PDF is image-based you’ll need OCR tools like Microsoft Lens or OneNote to extract text before editing.

    Last, if it still doesn’t work repair Office through Control Panel > Programs > Microsoft 365 > Repair or upload the PDF to OneDrive and open it in Word Online for conversion.
