How do I sync Microsoft Authenticator on my Pixel 10 to my PC Windows?

I am unable to sync Microsoft Authenticator to my PC Windows with the app on my Pixel 10. I did not see where I can download the app to my PC, the reason I was trying to sync via the mobile device.

    I tried downloading the MS Authenticator to my PC and I got a message that it is not available for the PC
