AZ-900 which is completed in 2021, how to renew

Question

I completed Az-900 in 2021 and its validity was for 2 years. But now this certification doesn't expire, do I need to renew or how it will work

Do I need to renew my Microsoft fundamentals certification? No. Renewal does not apply to fundamentals certifications as they do not expire.
