Trying to log into Azure, but getting "This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity" - I don't know my tenant ID to fix it

Hello,

When I try to log into Azure, I receive the error "This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity". I can't even make a support ticket because I can't access the page without logging in. I've seen some workarounds posted regarding using a different URL with my tenant id, but I don't have my tenant id.

Any help would be appreciated!
