May I please know where you are seeing these billing reminders? Are they appearing in Office applications such as Word or Excel, or are you receiving them by email?
If you’re receiving billing reminders while using Office applications, try signing out of the Office apps and then signing back in.
To do this, select your profile picture at the top of the app and click Sign out.
Next, restart your computer. After it restarts, open any Office application and sign in again with your account.
If the reminders keep appearing, try repairing Office applications:
