How to Fix Split‑Servicing State (24H2 / 25H2 Conflict)

Windows Update left me in with elements of 24H2 and 25H2 on my laptop. I have tried resolving for two days trying to repair with multiple 26100 and 26200 UUP downloads. None worked.

  • Servicing stack: 24H2 (26100.x)
  • Feature/UI layer: 25H2 (26200.x)
  • Component store manifests mismatched

You’re waiting for the first ISO built entirely on the 26200 servicing stack. When would that be?

Currently, there is no specific information available regarding the release of an ISO built entirely on the 26200 servicing stack for Windows 11. If you are experiencing a split-servicing state with elements of both 24H2 and 25H2, it is advisable to keep an eye on official Microsoft channels for updates regarding future releases or fixes. You may also consider using the Feedback Hub app to report your issue, as it can help Microsoft address such conflicts in future updates.

For immediate assistance, you can reach out to Microsoft Support or check the Microsoft Support Community for guidance on resolving servicing stack conflicts.

    Hello,

There will not be a Windows 11 25H2 ISO with a 26200 servicing stack. 25H2 is an enablement update that rides on the 24H2 servicing branch, so even machines reporting OS build 26200.x keep receiving SSUs in the 26100.x line.

Microsoft states that 25H2 is delivered as an enablement package that shares the same servicing branch as 24H2, and Microsoft's own KBs for 25H2 builds list SSUs with 26100.x while the OS build is 26200.x.

As of today, the official 25H2 media is already available.

Microsoft began general availability on September 30, 2025, and the update has been rolling out since then. On that date Microsoft also made 25H2 obtainable via the Software Download site and the Media Creation Tool, with broader enterprise channels like WSUS following on October 14, 2025.

Best fix for you is to do an in‑place repair upgrade using the official ISO rather than UUP‑built media. Download the current Windows 11 ISO, mount it in your existing Windows session, run setup.exe, choose Keep personal files and apps, and let it complete.
