Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I am unable to sign in or create my TSDMET Azure account using my student email ID.

Whenever I try to register or log in, the process does not complete successfully, even after multiple attempts. I have also verified my credentials and internet connection, but the issue still persists.

Kindly help me resolve this issue or let me know if there are any specific steps or prerequisites required from my side.

Student Name: Ashutosh Dhagat Student Email ID: ashutosh.alardcoengineering Institute/Department: Alard College of Engineering and Management

Thank you for your support.

Yours sincerely, Ashutosh Dhagat

    Hello Ashutosh Dhagat,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Here are a few things you can check:

Email Verification: Make sure your student email address is verified with Microsoft. If you’re using a university email, you might need to create a Microsoft account with that specific email to proceed.

Using a Personal Email: If using a personal email, ensure that it’s verified as well. Sometimes, using a university email is a better option for signing up.

    Troubleshooting Steps:

Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser altogether to attempt the login or sign-up process.

If you have a GitHub account, you can sign up through GitHub as an alternative. Use the "Sign in with GitHub" option on the Azure sign-up page.

Check for Existing Accounts: If you've previously signed up for an Azure subscription (like a Free Trial or Pay-As-You-Go), that might be causing the issue. Remember, only one Azure free account is allowed per eligible customer.

If the issue continues, it may be helpful to connect with Azure Education support for direct assistance. For more info, check out the Azure for Students page for detailed guidance.

    Follow-Up Questions:

To help narrow down the issue more effectively, could you provide:

    • Are you receiving any specific error messages when trying to sign in or sign up?
    • Have you previously had an Azure account with a different email address?
    • Is your student email provided by your institution a recognized domain for Azure for Students signup?

I hope this helps you get started! If you have any more details, just let me know!
