It seems that you are experiencing issues with confirming your university ID while trying to create a free Azure student account. This issue typically arises when the system cannot verify your academic status through your university email address. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this:

    1. Ensure you are using your university email address: Make sure that you are signing up with the email address provided by your university, as this is often required for verification.
    2. Check your university's eligibility: Ensure that your university is eligible for the Azure for Students program. Not all institutions may be included.
    3. Contact your university's IT support: If you believe your university should be eligible, reach out to your university's IT department for assistance in confirming your ID.
    4. Try again later: Sometimes, there may be temporary issues with the verification system. Attempt to create your account again after some time.

If you continue to face issues, you may want to visit the Microsoft support webpage for further assistance.

    Hey there, AYUSH KUMAR

In addition to the AI answer above, if your university is not eligible, you will need to speak to your university's IT department. You will want to ask them if they have signed up for the Microsoft education licence. If they haven't, they can learn how to do this here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/commerce/subscriptions/verify-academic-eligibility?view=o365-worldwide

Once they have done this, and they have been approved. The university will be added to the Microsoft qualified academic institution database. This will hopefully allow you to sign up for the Azure Student subscription.

Hope this helps & Happy New Year,
    Nathan
