Windows 11 Upgrade Process Issue

Some months ago I uppgraded my W10 system to W11 on my Desktop using one of the methods for updating even if the PC did not meet all Microsofts requirement. I can't remember now which method I used {I got it from Youtube) Everything was fine but then a couple of weeks back I started to get problems when trying to access various sites when I would get the timeout message. I tried various ways of curing this but all to no avail and over time the number of errors I received increased. I then began to get unrelated errors with Steam which kept saying it needed an Internet connection despite the fact that the Desktop was connected. I then make a huge mistake in playing around with the W11 install to such an extent that the system reverted back to W10 and trying the upgrade again failed, Rather foolishly I played around with my system where W11 had been installed and now I have no access to Windows. I have created a bootable W11 disk but when I try to use it I get a message that the sytem has deteced a previous upgrade attempt and no matter what I do I can't get passed it. I want to be able to boot into Windows to check my drives etc as the W11 install process had been reporting that W1 could not be installed on any of my drives. I am assuming this is something I did. I am just hoping the data on my spare drives is still in tact. Be grateful if you could provide me with a way out . Thanks

My W11 clean install seems to have some quirky issues. For example, entering a code to access a new site e.g. Brave Browser I can't enter any info (numeric code).

Some sites where I have to pan down to read information ( again in a windowed format) doesn't work the cursor just keeps going back see example page.

I am a little disappointed that a clean install is giving these issues, is there a way to check and correct errors as I don't fancy going back to installing W11 again.
