简体中文在SharePoint Server 2016 '我的时间表'中显示乱码 Simplified Chinese issue on SharePoint Server 2016

软件环境： Sharepoint Server 2016（中文版），Project web application 应用服务。SQL Server 2016企业版，中文版本。
操作系统： Windows 10，浏览器IE 11.0 或Edge
操作说明：(1)操作界面，sharepoin产品本身的任务工时填写页面《我的任务》，此页面没做过任何客制化开发。填写任务汇报内容，内容包含中文，点击“保存”按钮，此时，出现任务汇报内容变为乱码的情况，如下图所示：

(2)点击编辑页面，可以看到如下，在此页面，我们没添加任何二次开发的web部件或HTML脚本。

• What is the type of this column？Are there such issues in other columns? Or Does this issue only appear in this column?
• Are there such issues in other lists?

Rong and I are colleagues. The latest KB has been installed on the server, and Run the configuration wizard， but the problem still exists. We have a new discovery. When Chinese characters are saved, they will become Unicode format, and random code is its Unicode. All this happens on the tiemsheet.aspx page, so is this a bug in SharePoint Server 2016? What do you suggest?
