Minecraft multiplayer is disabled for no real reason

I am going crazy I followed all the steps possible I found online I have enabled it in the xbox data security and enabled multiplayer for my account I checked if I was in a family no I wasn't I checked if I entered my DOB wrong no wasn't it I had my birthday set correctly I checked everything again still correct I relaunched minecraft several times still locked I reloged in minecraft still does not work what am I doing wrong? and forgive me if the tag is wrong I do not know in which tag would this question be
