I wish to cancel this Microsoft 365 Premium subscription - It was ordered with the wrong email address, and I already have a Microsoft 365 Family account with the correct email address.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

If the Microsoft 365 Premium subscription was purchased under a different email address, it can only be cancelled by signing in to that specific Microsoft account (the one used during purchase). Once signed in, you can cancel it here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If you’re still within the refund window, you should also see an option to request a refund after cancelling.

Since you already have an active Microsoft 365 Family subscription on the correct email, there’s no need to keep the extra one, subscriptions can’t be merged or transferred between accounts.

If you can’t access the account with the wrong email or don’t see the cancellation option, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support:

    • Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    • Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.
    • At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your Personal Microsoft account (Not work or school account), or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.
    • In Product and services, select "Microsoft 365 and Office".
    • In Category, select "Manage my subscription".
    • Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

If you ever find yourself stuck in a loop, please use the keywords "Contact Support" or "Live Chat" (without the quotes) and click "Contact Support" at the bottom.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
