If you’ve already followed the official steps and still don’t see the credentials, please confirm that:
- SMTP is supported and enabled in your ACS resource and region
- You are using the correct Communication Services resource (Email-enabled resource)
- You have sufficient permissions (Owner/Contributor) on the resource
