Need help deciding to renew 365 or purchase office

Need help with a technical problem before I renew 365. Cannot get technical help. I am considering buying Office instead. I don't know how current office 2024 is.

Some major differences:

1. Office Home 2024 can be only used on one device, while the subscriptions can be used on up to 5 devices at the same time.
2. Office Home 2024 doesn't come with OneDrive 1TB storage, it doesn't come with Classic Outlook app either. It also doesnt come with all of the premium features for Teams (longer meeting time, meeting recording, etc).
3. Office Home 2024 comes as it is and won't get features updates, while subscriptions will.
