My bluetooth is inoperable. I have reinitialized, reinstalled, set settings to automatic instead of manual, reset the cache, the BT is on and discoverable. It will not display any devices ready to connect. The troubleshooter stated that it detected that the radio is on. My LAN anttenae are in good condition and connected. The WIFI is fine.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with Bluetooth. Since y your Bluetooth radio is reported as active, but no devices show up. You've previously done the usual software resets, the problem is probably with a corrupted driver stack. You can try these.

To get rid of any hidden or broken entries, consider completely deleting the driver stack. Open Device Manager, select View > Show hidden devices, then expand Bluetooth and uninstall anything you see, even greyed-out or "Bluetooth Enumerator" devices. If you see the option, check "Attempt to remove the driver for this device." After you've uninstalled everything, restart your computer so that Windows can automatically install a new Bluetooth stack.

Hope these help. Please leave a comment below if you have a question.

    Thank you,
