Is this occurring on the Windows sign-in screen, or after you’ve already logged in?

Does this issue occur only when signing in to your account, or does Windows display “No internet” everywhere?

Have you tried restarting the computer? If not, please try restarting the computer and check if the issue persists.

    Thank you for the update.

Since Safe Mode is not starting and the issue occurs only on the sign-in screen, this is likely related to a network or sign-in service not loading correctly.

Please try the steps below from the sign-in screen

    Click the Power icon

    Hold Shift and select Restart

Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt

In the Command Prompt window, run these commands one by one:

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int ip reset

    ipconfig /flushdns

Close Command Prompt and restart the PC normally, then try signing in again.
